Whatever your query or concern with your existing mortgage or new mortgage application, or even if you need help with your protection insurance, our team are here to give you all the advice you need, as simply and as quickly as possible, every step of the way.
At Mortgages Made Simple, we work only for you, the client, with the sole aim of recommending the best deal and financial benefit for your needs. We provide advice on a comprehensive range of mortgage products from across the market – including lenders that you might not have access to directly, as well as insurance products from a panel of trusted insurers. We offer a free initial consultation at a time and place convenient to you, so whether you’re a:
- first time buyer
- looking for a better deal at renewal
- want to invest in property including buy to let as a limited company
- or simply want to review available options to raise finance or pay off your mortgage early
then contact us – we’re here to make mortgages simple for you.
In addition, each of our team have specialist areas of expertise to help if you have special circumstances, for example:
- if you are getting divorced
- if you have historic credit issues
- if you’re in a shared equity agreement with your lender or housing developer
- or if you’re aged 55+ and are looking to release equity through a lifetime mortgage.
Get in touch and we will ensure the right team member is there to help you.
Whilst our initial consultation is free, there will be a fee for mortgage advice once we’ve secured your mortgage and you have received your mortgage offer. The precise amount of our fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £395.
A lifetime mortgage will reduce the value of your estate, will not be suitable for everyone and may affect your entitlement to state benefit. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
